Shipping policy

Local and international orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, Evri and UPS.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply. Casa & Flores is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Please note that international deliveries usually arrive within 1–2 weeks to most destinations. However, delivery times may occasionally be longer due to customs processing in the destination country.
